All appointments are offered online or via phone calls to enable the client to fit counselling sessions into their everyday lives.
Online sessions take place on an agreed platform (Teams or Whatsapp) at a pre-arranged, agreed time. It is important that clients are able to access sessions in a quiet and confidential location.
